      Pros

      Best manager I've ever had, Emily deserves the most praise of anyone there. Operations is good. Tip structure is good.

      Cons

      Original owner was dope, but he sold out to a gas supply company under shell corp. No longer a small business, part of a larger one. Can't support it personally.
