Way too much is expected of candidates in the program initially. Candidates are expected to drop everything in order to participate in this program and there is zero guarantee you will succeed. This wouldn't be a problem if this was part time outside of work hours, but the program is done during typical work hours so you need to quit your job for this. They cut a bunch of candidates after the first week. You have three days to master discovery calls before they make a decision whether or not they will cut you based on your cold call performance. Did I mention that you only get an opportunity to practice it four times before they make a decision? Also, they do provide you feedback, but it is very minimal typically because they don't want to unload everything on you at once. Because they hold back on feedback, it can be difficult to correct your mistakes in 4 role play scenarios, since they are bringing up something new every time, something you had done in previous roleplay. They record the secnarios but are inconsistent on sending them. Honestly, just spend your time applying to actual SDR jobs and learning in an actual SDR role.
