      The management wants a employer who will work for less salary for several years by signing the bond agreement. If you are a sycophant and this is your place.

To address these concerns, we have outlined a specific action plan aimed at enhancing Employee’s performance: Training and Development, Mentorship, Regular Check-ins, Performance Metrics, Peer review, HR review, PIP etc,. as we are strongly building up with the process oriented and encouraging all our employee to adhere and we are succeding in a steady phase.       1. Every other scope of one can able to develop themself professionally in the Japanesse IT firm culture oriented 2. Company follows performance based remunaration structures 3. Annual report is seems quite impressive to start anyone's career in the best SME standard based company in the market 4. Flexible employee benefits such that one can able to balance their personal and professaional life at their tendencies 5. No work pressure, everyone here do their own roles and responsibilities at the most 6. Flexible benefits with which it can able to satisfies oneness need on time with more process oriented 7. Being in the JP industry, company keeps on pushing it their employees and encouraging well and provided with oversease opportunities in a wide variety of circumstances.

      Usual challanges and hardships facing by all other companies in the market in handling every non behaviroual employees control is being adhered and improvising and needs to scope up well.
