2yWe want to address the points you raised and provide some context regarding the work and development plans. To address these concerns, we have outlined a specific action plan aimed at enhancing Employee’s performance: Training and Development, Mentorship, Regular Check-ins, Performance Metrics, Peer review, HR review, PIP etc,. as we are strongly building up with the process oriented and encouraging all our employee to adhere and we are succeding in a steady phase.
