Too many to mention all of them, but a few that will give an overview of the company are: Typical Boys Club untrained managers, with small minds. Big egos, but no backbone! Do as I say mentality or else! Management are bullies. Performance reviews are a joke and are not related to remuneration. Constantly lose existing contracts and cannot secure any new large contracts due to their bad reputation. Constant layoffs, the company is a third of the size it was 5 years ago.
