Pros

Good building - although whoever designed it with no ventilation in the toilets??? someone bring a canary in a cage after lunchtimes... Bonus - your manager is unlikely to talk to you except during your yearly "appraisal", and your weeks will be unencumbered by team meetings or other forms of communication.

Cons

Where to start? Toxic and bullying culture, no work life balance, poor salaries and no cost of living increase, absolutely woeful communication, and absurdly top heavy with management (the old joke about the rowing team with eight managers and one rower comes to mind). Staff have no idea what is going on in the company or even their own teams and morale is extremely low, managers are barely able to manage themselves let alone others. Far too many managers who never go near a customer, instead they are just highly paid admin staff who shuffle paper. Very poor opportunity for advancement. And once you reach a certain age you'll be bypassed for training or other opportunities - yes, age-related discrimination is alive and well too.
