Everything goes to upper management and stay there forever. Upper management made no decision in past 20 years. To make matters worse management doesn't participate new business opportunities in Australia. The architects and senior engineers pretend that they are the best but the bottom feeder is over worked with under pay. SDMs are good for youtube surfing and waits for customer's KO emails then wake-up and panic rather than proactive to resolve any issues. Company culture is not to act rather than re-act when things happen I have serious doubt that this Japanese company understand the gravity of situation until they become sushi sales expert
