Pros

None. This is a company with a serious lack of attitude!

Cons

Hierarchical to the nth degree, total lack of sales drive, no passion, bureaucratic, process bound, accepting of mediocrity as a norm, too many people waiting to retire. There is an over-riding atmosphere of torpor and inertia. Lots of people thinking they are very sophisticated and high brow, where in actual fact they are pen pushing civil servant types who have no value outside of the institutionalised wall of ICL - sorry, Fujitsu. There is an incredible smugness amongst the middle and senior managers that they are vastly superior. Unfortunately they are not and need to be exposed to a few harsh truths from the outside. There is huge potential here and Duncan Tait is a very good CEO, but he is pushing water uphill right now.
