Not a Good place to work for Famale associates. No transparency. Biased. No Policy. No Process. Work Culture are very poor, No Professionalisam.Fujitsu Japan have NO control on Fujitsu India. Fujitsu india is not following up best practices defined by Fujitsu Japan and also showing them on Papers only. Fujitsu Japen need to intervenve to save Fujitsu brand repo and image.
