1. HK Management runs politics everyday and makes hard time to talented and mature employees instead of driving the company to grow 2. All revenue-generating sales and presales who had done their job successfully in the past are all gone (resigned or asked to leave) because of politics played by new HK Management 3. All remaining sales and presales are junior and not making numbers and achievements 4. Service Delivery team are waiting for other job opportunities to escape because Management cannot save the company
