Pros
Salary on time. If you want a good salary hike then you can join but if you want to upgrade your technical knowledge make sure you get project as soon as you join. Bilingual candidates having proficiency in Japanese would have a gala time here.
Cons
lack of good projects dues to which you have to sit on bench or choose projects which does not match your skill set. Good for freshers or management level employees.
