To gain experience to go anywhere else. The company makes very little attempt to incorporate our site and staff into the Fujitsu Services corporate identity.
Cons
No pay rise and no bonus no matter how hard you have worked throughout the year. The implementation of a new system that requires you to provide proof that you know how to do a job you've been doing for the last 4 years.
