Pros
Old friends, new friends, very high quality products. The pay was good, and management was good to work with. Treated very well when I left. At times, our products were leading the industry, and in general, customers were quite satisfied. A little history; if I'm not mistaken, Fujitsu was the primary builder of the old Amdahl computer, way back when, (mainframe), and it was a very impressive and widely respected computer system in its day.
Cons
Sometimes lagging with new models, and since design engineers were in Japan, plus of course some lingering "trust" issues, you didn't always get a crisp answer quickly. For me, it was hard that I couldn't go see, or just pick up the phone and talk to anybody I wanted to, especially those in key positions. What I mean is most were of course, in Japan.
