The worst experience I ever had in my career, foreigners are not welcomed to get higher even though their performance is the best. This is not the fault of the company by the management who seem not willing to deliver good service for their customers, reading in forums and listening webinars everyone speaking about diversity and inclusion, customer centric but in reality there is total discrimination and never keep customer fully satisfied which is silly strategy. I am a foreigner and I got fired without any notice even though I have timeless contract, I received the termination letter via email and I was simply shocked they claimed that I have performance issue while in my 4 years in FJ I was the top performer , when I mentioned this is unfair and there is a mistake somewhere, they asked me to go to court as I dont have the right to complaint. The maturity of HR is questionable as terminating contract of employee in this way is unprofessional. In addition to all this, the salary is lower over 35% comparing to other companies in the same city - Lodz/Poland-, the salary of Service Desk Agent (1st line) in other companies is almost equal to salary of Team Manager in Fujitsu.
