Pros

They paid you money. Since leaving them my life, health, relationships and my stress levels have improved. Leaving Fujitsu was the best thing I've ever done.

Cons

Everything you do is watched, criticise and ripped apart. Dont bother coming up with ideas on how to improve things. You'll be shot down right away or left to linger in middle management ether of impotence for an age. To Fujitsu you are nothing more than a resource to be consumed and discarded when you've got no more to give. They've developed a set of 'KPI' in such a way that it is impossible not to fail. Thus preventing you from ever getting a salary raise of any substance. The upper management love to come and make promises to goals and successes. But those plebs on the front line never see any of it. What amazes me is the fact that every single customer is paying for a shocking service that isn't designed to actually fix anything. But rather to maintain the status-quo. Neither improving or getting worse. That way they can milk their government contracted cash cow for all its worth.
