Pros
Salary was not bad. A little above industry average. Great training incentives and great exposure to world-class technologies. Definitely a resume booster.
Cons
Top heavy management. Rigid work culture contributed to high staff turnover. Seems as if every month an employee was leaving the company. They resorted to using recruiters so as to minimise position advertising. Lots of red tape to do even the simplest tasks. Overtime and work after hours (even when you were not at work) is a company expectation.
