Nice office. I have to enter more than 5 words.... but really do not have 5 pro words to say.
Cons
No appreciation for employees. Only focus is on Timesheet submitted on time. they ask for appraisals to be completed... but that's just to satisfy HR and meet work cover compliance. Fujitsu is a very Bullying culture. Criteria for a Senior manager is "must be a Bully" all senior Managers are bullies and I have been a victim in every position. currently being bullied now but not as much the last account I was assigned to.
