As an employee, you will watch newcomers arrive on higher pay than you, then you will train those same newcomers whilst still working your normal job. You will then see pay rises go to the managers' friends regardless of an extremely intensive review process involving mandatory charity work in your personal time. You start with 0 training, no documentation base and no guidance on your role, then are expected to work unpaid extended hours, finally giving all of your knowledge back to the company at the end for 0 recognition or reward.
