      Pros

      Because the company is young solutions can be easily implemented.

      Cons

      They have a lot of turnover because the management team does not know how to manage. Work anniversaries and birthdays are acknowledged for some and forgotten about for others depending on if the CEO likes the person or is on vacation.

      -Amazing people -Impressive benefits (including unlimited PTO, hybrid work, Summer Fridays, medical insurance, no cost dental/vision insurance -No micromanaging -Small company so your opinion really makes changes
