      The Management Team Needs Work

      Pros

      Because the company is young solutions can be easily implemented.

      Cons

      They have a lot of turnover because the management team does not know how to manage. Work anniversaries and birthdays are acknowledged for some and forgotten about for others depending on if the CEO likes the person or is on vacation.

      After making a measured decision to leave the company I'd been with for almost 3 years, I was laid off after 3 months at Full Circle

      -completely disorganized with processes since they are a startup -no support, wearing many hats to keep business afloat -they will ‘ice’ you when they don’t like you -cliquey
