Pros

Full Circle Leadership is a fast-growing non-profit that is true to its mission of empowering youth and educators to be co-leaders in creating democracy in the classroom. Working at Full Circle was a great experience for growth. The close-knit team was supportive and the executive director was communicative and encouraging. I was able to build my skills as a program coordinator and was encouraged to reach beyond my comfort zone and learn new skills. Working here is a great opportunity for personal growth and to build strong ties with the rest of the team and democratic education community!

Cons

Full Circle Leadership is in its early years and still has a relatively small staff. If you're looking for a super specialized role in a big company, it may not be for you.

Pros

Full Circle Leadership Center is doing very important work- educating youth, teachers, and leaders to be global citizens! As an educator, I have seen first hand how the the FCLC philosophy & practices transform a group of individuals into a community of leaders who are contributing their unique gifts for the greater good of their community. Founder, Chris Fontana, is a very passionate, driven, thoughtful, intentional, self-aware, and dynamic leader. Working for Chris was a very positive experience. He was quick to give praise and encouragement, while at the same time pushing me out of my comfort zone. Chris sees potential in each person and truly values each person he works with. Chris does not operate from a "top-down" leadership style, but instead seeks honest feedback and listens to suggestions. I am grateful for my time spent working for FCLC!

Cons

FCLC was a small start-up non-profit when I worked for them in 2018 which was fine with me, but if you are looking for a large company with highly competitive salaries & excellent benefits you will not find that at FCLC just yet.
