I am very happy with my employment at FCLC! I enjoy the interaction with workshop participants, as they are typically so enthusiastic about the material. It is so great to work with a non-profit that really understands the landscape so well. Chris Fontana is an expert in his field and it shows in the feedback we get from both in-person and online events.

Full Circle Leadership Center is doing very important work- educating youth, teachers, and leaders to be global citizens! As an educator, I have seen first hand how the the FCLC philosophy & practices transform a group of individuals into a community of leaders who are contributing their unique gifts for the greater good of their community. Founder, Chris Fontana, is a very passionate, driven, thoughtful, intentional, self-aware, and dynamic leader. Working for Chris was a very positive experience. He was quick to give praise and encouragement, while at the same time pushing me out of my comfort zone. Chris sees potential in each person and truly values each person he works with. Chris does not operate from a "top-down" leadership style, but instead seeks honest feedback and listens to suggestions. I am grateful for my time spent working for FCLC!
