Constant budget deficits and funding cuts during my time employed at FLC. Management was constantly cutting corners as a result (eg, shifting around staff members, redistributing caseloads, not replacing employees who left). This led to more burnout, high turnover, more frustration. The quality of service offered to clients is made of good intentions but frankly low quality due to finances of the company. Room for growth/moving up was either limited or the grass really doesn't seem too green up there...
Union fees are required yet lack of responsiveness from union reps. Individual pay raises were next to impossible due to union.
