Pros

FPM has the best management team I've ever worked with. Tara is the most genuine, helpful, caring, and understanding leader I've ever had. She not only helped me focus on getting better at the job I was doing, but she also helped to give me the skills I need to improve myself for future careers as well! The rest of the team was wonderful to work with as well, and it quickly became more like a work family than a usual job. The whole team was friendly, helpful, caring, and supportive with everything. The environment is also very refreshing and fun, and I was able to stand up while taking phone calls (which was a helpful tip I learned while working here, that helped with my confidence and energy while on calls). The hours were reasonably flexible too, as long as I gave enough notice if I needed time off (at least two weeks in advance). The work itself was very fun, engaging, and rewarding. Another pro was that I received a small commission when selling certain products, which was very easy to do since I believed in the products we sold! Full Package Media truly is the BEST real estate photography company in DFW, and it was exciting to be able to speak to it while talking to customers.

Cons

The only con would be that there aren't any benefits for full-timers (yet!), but they made it very clear when I was hired that it would be in the near future. This company is growing and making some exciting strides, so I know it's on their list of what's to come.

Pros

The only benefits are that you get to know the whole metroplex and get a basic understanding of photography. No experience required.

Cons

As soon as you get hired, you are to sign a NDA and a non-compete contract. Afterwards, the owner will pressure you to write a fake, positive review. The salary is too little to deal with the upkeeps of your vehicle maintenance as you must be driving 60-100 miles each day and you are working long hours to where you have little to no free time each day. It's a clever trick done by the owner to try to keep you trapped in this job. Speaking about the owner, the owner has no empathy, does not manage the company finances well, and lacks long-term vision. Do hint that the majority of the startup funds came from his family so I would not advise working here.
