Pros

The only benefits are that you get to know the whole metroplex and get a basic understanding of photography. No experience required.

Cons

As soon as you get hired, you are to sign a NDA and a non-compete contract. Afterwards, the owner will pressure you to write a fake, positive review. The salary is too little to deal with the upkeeps of your vehicle maintenance as you must be driving 60-100 miles each day and you are working long hours to where you have little to no free time each day. It's a clever trick done by the owner to try to keep you trapped in this job. Speaking about the owner, the owner has no empathy, does not manage the company finances well, and lacks long-term vision. Do hint that the majority of the startup funds came from his family so I would not advise working here.

Pros

A few of the other photographers are nice

Cons

Poor management, culture, no benefits, and lots of wear and tear on your vehicle Photographer/Sales Associate (Former Employee), Dallas-Fort Worth, TX – August 28, 2024 This job is like carpet cleaning or any other basic in-home service. You are expected to photograph homes quickly then demand and watch the client give the company a forced google review. A lot of red flags along the way and it is not your imagination. When you search for Full Package Media, you won’t find an address listed. This is because the owner plans to expand into different cities and have clients review the work as if it were completed locally, even though this is not the case. The office, or small suite, is actually in a WeWork type facility and all of the equipment and six in-office workers are packed into an office built for a single person, while the owner drives a cyber truck. The owners and management are dishonest and attempt to sell you on the job. Something they boast is that they provide camera equipment for the job, well, any job provides equipment in order to actually do the job. Tolls and gas are on you as well as the hundreds of miles you will put on your vehicle every week. They hold mass interviews with 50+ and hire young people they believe to be naive because they would rather deal with high turnover. Bottom line is that the owners want to get rich off of you. If you are in a tight spot and must take the job only give about 40%, expect nothing, and protect yourself.
