Pros

- Free 2 meals. - Transportation allowance - The people there are nice to be around with.

Cons

Nepotism at its finest. - CEO hires her close friends and family and immediately gets them a position. Client first before employees - you'll be thrown under the bus when the client demands an immediate due date. Unnecessary performance in company parties. - the company has 3 parties each year that makes you do a "performance" with the people you're grouped. It takes away a rest day and you might as well just go back to school for this. Low compensation - Overworked and very underpaid. Insecure CEO - She'd choose favorites over hardworking employees resulting in low morale to continue working. She'd be hesitant about decision-making when it comes to compensation especially OT requests, and employees pleading for a raise. Scared to give raises, but all-in when it comes to parties and impressing foreign partners. OT abuse - An account within the company has its employees do WEEKEND OTs equivalent to a whole shift often. It was either do weekend OTs or tons of weekday OTs. If the due date was near due to the client's incompetence in managing responsibilities, the employees under that account were subjected to tons of tasks with no extra compensation. No reliable management - The company does not have an official HR team. Required to study Venture Capital - Once you are onboarded, You are required to study and take an exam focused on Venture Capital even if the account you'll be put in doesn't have anything related about it. Performance-based is a lie - You won't get noticed on your own. You have to get close to your leads to make them think you're worthy of a promotion/raise. Do not work extra for the same compensation slackers get. Typically the same thing as other BPOs.

Pros

- Company events can be fun and well-organized. - You’ll meet some genuinely great colleagues who help make the workdays more bearable. - Exposure to different client industries can be a good learning experience, especially if you're early in your career.

Cons

- Toxic culture where gossip and office politics are normalized, even by leadership. - The CEO often talks down to people, uses profanities in chat, and fosters a fear-based environment. - Leadership roles are frequently given to relatives or close friends, with favoritism influencing key decisions. - Employees are overworked, especially when being subtly pushed out (constructive dismissal), and pay is well below industry standards. - Former employees’ public posts are sometimes monitored, and personal information learned through gossip has been brought up inappropriately. - There’s little to no investment in employee development. New hires are left to figure things out on their own with minimal guidance or structure. - Despite having minimal involvement in your growth, leadership expects “utang na loob” for simply exposing you to clients, while they profit from your work. - A newer leader has begun to mirror the same cold, detached behavior while enjoying high compensation, despite most of the workload falling on associates. - These issues have existed long before the FullSuite rebrand, high turnover has always been a problem, and nothing has changed.
