Salary is nowhere near what it should be for the amount of work you do, especially in administration or sitting behind a desk. Not including deputies.
Management and some co-workers are terrible. You'll feel like you're working with a bunch of 13th graders. Lots of cliques that ostracize you if you don't "get with the program" or act in a way that is satisfying to them. If you complain or go to HR, they make you out to be the villain for "not being the bigger person".
