Some members of the ELT have very ancient and suspicious leadership practices Terrible "management" heads in some departments of the business, notably the KAC department with a recently onboarded manager, terrorising their team members (old and new), and clearly not fit for the role . How that person got her role will remain a mystery. Delusional approach to Diversity and Inclusion: having one or two employees of ethnic minority group, does not make you an inclusive business.
