Awful culture. Toxic leadership which was either a witch-hunt or rife with inappropriate comments about other staff ranging from sexism to racism. Leadership team is filled with nepotism and only the popularity of the product saved them from deeper levels of scrutiny from the US office

Some members of the ELT have very ancient and suspicious leadership practices Terrible "management" heads in some departments of the business, notably the KAC department with a recently onboarded manager, terrorising their team members (old and new), and clearly not fit for the role . How that person got her role will remain a mystery. Delusional approach to Diversity and Inclusion: having one or two employees of ethnic minority group, does not make you an inclusive business. High turnover: take this into account when considering a role there.... This "employer" has a reputation for good reason. You have been warned.
