Pros

It's a very fast moving, flexible and dynamic work environment with autonomy. In general, co-workers are pleasant and try to work together.

Cons

There is no coordination between different departments, leaders don't lead, and communication is sorely lacking. There are no internal development opportunities, training or performance review guidelines.

Pros

The employees are deeply experienced in contact center operations and the use of psychometric assessment in talent evaluation for that industry.

Cons

The company is established and growing, but is still a small-medium sized business. Many employees work virtually so you need to be driven and a self-starter to succeed. If you need big company structure, this is probably not the right place.

Pros

Yeah, you get to work remotely. That used to be a bigger differentiator than it is these days.

Cons

The company’s claim to its clients is that it will help reduce employee turnover. Yet the company itself suffers from significantly higher turnover than average. No attempt at having a culture, vision or even getting to know one another, because the truth is nobody is staying for long one way or another. This should be a red flag for anyone considering engaging with the company. Benefits are poor. While things like life insurance and disability are provided, they are capped at very low salary levels. Costs of other benefits are very high. Ultimately it is about the values (or lack thereof) displayed by the senior leaders of the company. Here, employees, contractors, and vendors can all expect to be treated quite poorly.
