Terrible company

Pros

Literally none, except for being a form of income. Also, computers were up to date in the office. Convenient location for suburb residents.

Cons

No company culture, everyone hides in their office all day or works from home No salary raises after milestones (6 months, 1 year, etc.) Sudden layoffs and restructuring regardless of seniority, even requiring to train your replacement, giving a same day notice that you job will be eliminated Extreme Micromanagement, "don't ask questions" policy Lack of collaboration Lack of growth opportunity Overly Repetitive work Numerous Illegal practices with time worked vs time paid Awful overall management Bonuses promised, never honored Lack of improvement regardless of employee input No recognition system for work No perks, extras, etc. Dirty office/furniture Overall the worst company I have experienced. Only apply if you are desperate.

Pros

It's a very fast moving, flexible and dynamic work environment with autonomy. In general, co-workers are pleasant and try to work together.

Cons

There is no coordination between different departments, leaders don't lead, and communication is sorely lacking. There are no internal development opportunities, training or performance review guidelines.
