Most of the people are really wonderful and make it feel like a small family. They're what make it great.

Management has no sense of loyalty, business acumen and tends to "forget" any decisions they make when it suits them. I've worked at many companies - large Fortune 500s to smaller outfits - and I've never seen a company so disorganized... again due to the management. Additionally, during my time there, I saw more than a handful of people walked out of the office with no notice, no reasoning and no respect. It was really disheartening.
