      Pros

      Small team so you will be able to develop lots of skills. Some of the people working there have a long history of experience from other companies that they will be able to share with you.

      Cons

      Lack in funds makes it incredibly difficult to accomplish goals, produce. Upper management would like to get involved in creative with relatively little skill in the arena.

      Pros

      Great relevant brands, solid growth strategies, fast paced, fast decisions. Strong top line and bottom line growth past 2 years with great 2 year outlook. Excellent work life balance and a flexible work environment.

      Cons

      Are expected to operate effectively at 110%, multitasking, wearing many hats due to entrepreneurial nature of the organization. If you don't perform your role is at risk. Teamwork is rewarded over personal contributions.
