I have been working for Fusion Factor for three years and would recommend it anyone looking for a good technical company to work for, and grow their skills with. There are ample opportunities available to improve skills. Flexible work and training hours. Friendly kind managers who care about their employees. Some of the best and brightest coworkers I've ever worked with. Very clear vision across the organization of who they are where they want to be. Strong leadership, especially the CEO Bhavin, he has gone above and beyond to develop a career growth plan for each of us, working through his direct reports. He has run this company for 14 years and know the IT industry well.

Would recommend the company open more locations near our current customers in Orange County as LA County to reduce onsite response time to clients. This would also allow expansion to new markets.
