      Toxic environment with low standards and poor growth

      Not a single good thing over here, just waste of time.

      Cons

      No standards at all No professionalism followed Slow career growth — Limited mentoring, outdated tech stack, or few promotions. Low compensation — Salary may not match workload or market rates. Reduced motivation — Constant frustration can affect confidence and interest in work. Poor professional habits — Bad engineering practices can become normalized. They don't have any projects and clients.

      Good Working Atmosphere. Professional Environment. Colleages are supportive. Great learning opportunities, especially for IT and support roles. Smooth onboarding and training process. Helpful and approachable management.

      Pros

      If mastering office politics and climbing the ladder with minimal effort is your goal, congratulations, this is the best company in Vadodara.

      Cons

      I should not waste my time writing this, but it will help others. 1. They’ve x employees and 100x office space, but at the end they only care about saving AC bills, your AC temp will be monitored and people are this much free that they will observe every single thing! 2. You can’t speak anything, their cameras are listening everything. 3. From the last 20 years, company only has 20 employees and just counting years, without any goals. 4. You’ll not be valued for your work, because at the end you’re working under directors who are the from 80s era that don’t know anything about the latest trends or strategies, they’re just getting ideas from juniors and presenting it to CEO as their own ideas. A big round of applause for directors, CEOs and other management staff.
