I should not waste my time writing this, but it will help others. 1. They’ve x employees and 100x office space, but at the end they only care about saving AC bills, your AC temp will be monitored and people are this much free that they will observe every single thing! 2. You can’t speak anything, their cameras are listening everything. 3. From the last 20 years, company only has 20 employees and just counting years, without any goals. 4. You’ll not be valued for your work, because at the end you’re working under directors who are the from 80s era that don’t know anything about the latest trends or strategies, they’re just getting ideas from juniors and presenting it to CEO as their own ideas. A big round of applause for directors, CEOs and other management staff.
