A previously well-run family company that seems in decline. - Anonymous employee Futron (Virginia) Employee Review

Pros

This is often free food for employees at Headquarters

Cons

Family-run small business with a successful history, the CEO is getting older and now his son is the company President. The President is immature, difficult to relate to, and bad for moral. He'll talk about the financial crunch the company is facing while driving his Maserati to work each day.

Pros

-Home office is small and friendly. You wouldn't know they were a successful contractor with government contracts all over the world. -Large degree of independence as long as you pull your weight quickly and accurately. Everyone is busy with their own tasks. Likely very different experience for contract workers, though. This review is solely for working at the head office. Contract workers definitely have it tougher in any business. -You will feel that you are actively contributing to the company in a large way. Any small or large role you play on a contract or other project gives a sense of accomplishment. -The work you do here will look really impressive on a resume. -They let me keep my work laptop

Cons

None at all. I really appreciated and enjoyed the experience. Would work there again in a heartbeat if they asked me
