      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Small family owned business with local executives.

      Cons

      Executive positions are available exclusively to family members so there is no room for higher promotion. Bonuses are never on time and when not paid in full, there is always an excuse.

      This is often free food for employees at Headquarters

      Cons

      Family-run small business with a successful history, the CEO is getting older and now his son is the company President. The President is immature, difficult to relate to, and bad for moral. He'll talk about the financial crunch the company is facing while driving his Maserati to work each day.
