Good team of like-minded individuals who want to do a good job. Good office location. Annual all staff away day which is a good chance to get to know the team.

No additional benefits of working at the organisation (e.g staff lunches or paid socials, other health benefits) Inexperienced leadership team who are very much figuring it out as they go along (this would work for some people but not for everyone). No room for real career progression (which is ironic given the nature of the work is about supporting young people's career development). High workload and not able to take much annual leave during term time if you're in the programmes team. Lack of proper internal processes (e.g no opportunities to review pay throughout the year). Very hierarchical culture and traditional way of running the organisation (I think they've missed the opportunity to do something different and move away from the very outdated and traditional top down leadership) which is not empowering Long hours for industry standard (9-6pm)
