- Very professional, polished, and consultative sales process that takes a comprehensive and strategic approach with clients and prospects - High quality software/solution that can win against even the largest of competitors (Microsoft and Cisco) - Good work/life balance - Attractive compensation packages - Imminent IPO - Tremendous opportunity for growth - Gartner indicates 95% of companies will move to some form of UCaaS by 2021 (only ~10% currently)
Cons
- Opportunities for improvement include increased Marketing efforts/budgets to heighten brand awareness (most prospects have not heard of Fuze but for those that have, Fuze does very well) - Increased influence over their Chanel/Partner stream
