Pros
Strong leadership willing to make the tough decisions to help get the company to the next level. The product is solid and better than the competition in overall user experience. The team that I am a part of is strong and high performing and great people to work with.
Cons
In the past, we have not moved fast enough on some key business decisions. Though it looks as if that is improving moving forward.
