The culture and employees in G.D USA - Richmond are fantastic. Great work life balance, great benefits and at least locally they are looking for constant improvement. Employees stay here - that is a good and bad thing sometimes.
Cons
Some managers and the current GM have been here too long. They do not always foster change. Communication could be better but most of the issues are coming out of Italy not the site itself.
