      Pros

      Always developing new machines and technologies to satisfy markets, GD invest a lot in RD. Tech personnel has great opportunity of grow in knowledge. Flexibility with working hours, plenty of holidays, private medical insurance provided for employee and family. A relaxed place to work.

      Cons

      Salary is generally lower compared to other companies. Not well organized, frequent expensive and time wasting inefficiencies.
