Pros
- The culture is very supportive - The CEO is not only a great leader but a genuinely kind person. Not something you'll often find comes as a package. - The CRO genuinely wants to pay people. - There is a ton of career growth potential. - We sell a product that we can feel good about. - Ask about the CEO's triple bottom line approach to business where success is not only managed by financial achievement. - It's a faced paced, fast-growing company. If you love a challenge, this is the place to be. - The pay is competitive for the role. - Benefits are exceptionally good. In my personal experience, I have never worked for an organization with this type of culture. I would not normally write a review, however, I recently suffered a tragedy in my family and it's difficult to sum up the level of support I received, from my peers all the way up to the CEO. It's a cliche I know (normally I would gag at a sentence like this) but this place really does feel like a family because when things go pear-shaped, they step up to help you as a family would.
Cons
It's not like there is nothing challenging about working here, but there is no con that stands out as outside of normal work. You will still have to show up and work hard to hit your own goals. The coffee machine isn't great I suppose, but there are a ton of cool snacks.
