      Great network and connections with trade and suppliers

      Cons

      Don't learn anything. Cliquey social groups making it feel alienated A lot of bad mouthing and gossiping very obviously about each other

      Pros

      Flexible working CPD training and lunch Sociable activities including Friday drinks, monthly presentations and parties in and out of the office. Greatly fitted large kitchen and relaxed work environment. Ability to grow and have your voice heard.

      Cons

      They do over-hire then cut back in big shifts. Can be a little overwhelming to see 50 new employees suddenly leave or join. Some people's talents are overlooked. Not all managers are as stimulating of candidates as others.

      You get to design things. Working with Highly professional Design directors.

      Cons

      long hours with no Pay. Poor Project Management ( I mean they dont even have one)
