We are designers.

Pros

Members of staff are creative, enthusiastic and friendly to work with making it an enjoyable place to work. Some very interesting jobs come into the studio.

Cons

Understaffed. There are only a few senior staff that do the majority on the design work and so most people do not get to explore there design skills.There is no CAD manager and so time is lost in inconsistency and not having a CAD library.

Don't learn anything. Cliquey social groups making it feel alienated A lot of bad mouthing and gossiping very obviously about each other

Good and interesting projets, good package benefit

Cons

Poor managment, very corporate and no possibilities to grow up or to develope your design skills, designers are just cad technicians, no salary reviews
