      Lots of work/hours Texts given are varied, ideal for acquiring experience

      Cons

      Be ready to have to translate 8000+ per day, up to 12000. They will hire you with a 1000/h quota but they do expect far more. Very little feedback, very little chance at self-improvement and honing your craft.
