Pros
The company itself had amazing culture and great employees who all brought unique and incredible talent. They introduced a 4 day work week to increase work life balance for all of its employees.
Cons
Unfortunately the leadership in charge of business decisions had lead the company in the wrong direction a few too many times leading to not one but two mass lay offs leaving current employees unsure of when their time is going to be up.
