      Smaller company, you can know your manager and co-workers. Hybrid work from home and office is supported. Management cares about workers' quality of life. Engineering output is focused on quality and continuous improvement. Employee owned. Stable client list and steady work.

      Cons

      Smaller company, large projects can stretch resources. Bilingual company model requires additional effort to ensure good communications.

      Pros

      Nice Projects if you like to work on the O&G, Mining or Industrial sectors. In general, coworkers are fine and there is a sense of team work.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, which compared to other medium-size companies are not up to the standard. Engineering hours are understimated in order to win projects, however this will bite you in the end, because it would be impossible to do projects with such a low number of hours and you will be under the guillotine and deemed as under-performer.
