I do not see any good point to represent.
Cons
-Crappy people stay there, stab back new employees very much and get rewarded, while the good employees don't be seen, and rewarded. -They fire easily based on racism, crappy, unreliable words. -No culture, no human resource to keep the human being's culture -Usually, employees are so overwhelmed by tasks that they do not have time to teach or guide the new employees as they should have been. They even do not have 10 min time to talk to keep the relationship safe and respectful. -Toxic atmosphere, not recommended

Pros
I've been with GCM for over 10 years and what I like the most is the fact that the management team and most other employees, generally care about my wellbeing and that of others. I've also had the chance to work along side other very knowledgable engineers on a variety of interesting projects which has helped me gain new competencies.
Cons
With COVID, the past two years I've mostly worked from home. Looking forward to working from the office in the coming months.
